A new poll released by CNN has revealed that the Republican and Democrat Parties are nearly tied when Americans were asked who represents the party of the middle class.
The poll found that the Democratic and Republican parties were neck and neck, when the margin of error was taken into account, for the title of the "party of the middle class," with 34 percent of respondents giving the title to the Democratic party, while 32 percent said the same of the Republican Party.
The poll was conducted for CNN by SSRS between May 5 and 26 of 2,028 American adults and has a margin of error of 2.7 percent.
