After running for president since his election loss to Joe Biden in 2020, Trump has won a second term in the White House. He defeated Vice President Kamala Harris after her truncated three month campaign following the Democrats' coup against Biden.
The victory was called by Decision Desk with a tally of 270 electoral votes for Trump and 213 for Harris.
As the tallies came in throughout the night, state by state, it slowly then suddenly became clear that Americans had determined that the best option for the future of their nation was the man who they voted out just four years ago.
