Now They Have Come for Us

Make not mistake about it, Toxic Joe Biden’s Easter Sunday exaltation of debauchery and perversion was no mere political gaffe or ill-timed misstep.

It was unmistakably and portentously an all-out attack on the Christian community.

It was a chilling declaration of war upon those who still “cling to their Bibles” (as Biden’s mentor and puppetmaster Barack Obama described Christians).

It was a brutal and blasphemous pronouncement by the Biden White House that the time has come for it to take on and take out any and all who would oppose the Regime’s rule by insisting upon following the precepts and preachments of Christ -- who rose from the dead that “the world through Him might be saved” (John 3:17).

You have to understand that to profligate pagans like Joe Biden and his cadre of lickspittle reprobates, the very idea that anyone should dare to serve some ethereal entity that preseumes to intrude upon their preogative to save (and, in their case, savage) the world is absolute heresy.

It’s an anathema to be abhorred.

An existential transgression to be punished not just by rebuttal – but by banishment, and if necessary destruction and death.

More to the point, if the resurrection of Christ signaled the coming of a new king with a salvationary agenda and a (literally) undying commitment “to proclaim release to the captives… to set at liberty them that are bruised” (Luke 4:18), well, then, His resurrection must be denigrated.

And those who insist upon following this dangerous renegade’s lead must by ridiculed, defamed – and, when the time is ripe, ostracized and even (like the J6 protestors) condemned to the Gulag.

Now, how do we know that Toxic Joe’s Easter Sunday defamation  was a deliberate assault on all things Christian and not just another bumbling move by this stumbling president?

Well, because the blaphemous pronouncment was not just an off-hand remark or a passing reference.

No, the defamation was a declaration; a formal White House Proclamation elevating the recognition – and, yes, adoration --  of a perverse lifestyle that stands fully athwart every basic tenant the “Resurrectionists” (as I predict we will one day be labeled as we are trotted off to the prison cells) believe.

To wit:

“A woman shall not wear man's clothing, nor shall a man put on a woman's clothing; for whoever does these things is an abomination to your God. (Deuteronomy 22:5)

And all the while, at the same time, as the Biden Proclamation embraced perversity, it cast aside the centuries old White House recognition and exultation of Easter Sunday – a time when America’s 200,000,000+ Christians extol adoration, rather than the Biden Regime’s enthusiasm for multilation.

Lest you have any doubt of the Proclamation’s full intent was to displace piety with pervesion, here it is, as approved by scores of Biden’s pagan lickspittle staffers, each intent upon driving a stake through the heart of the crucified – and risen – Christ:

Lest any still doubt that the Biden Regime’s displacement of Easter Sunday with a national day of perversion, consider what Toxic Joe finally did two day later when the nation’s revulsion at his blasphemy finally compelled him to belated recognize the vile concept of of the resurrection.

Forced to put pen to paper in recognition of the true meaning of Easter Sunday, Biden’s lickspittle staff scribbled the following putrid pablum:

As we gather with loved ones, we remember Jesus' sacrifice. We pray for one another and cherish the blessing of the dawn of new possibilities.

Woe, now wait a minute here. Couldn’t the pagan lickspittles have done at least a little research?

The fact is, on Easter Sunday (while they celebrate self-multlating perverts) we Christians celebrate the resurrection  of Christ. It is on Good Friday that we “remember Jesus’s sacrifice.”

So, get it straight, lickspittles – though we know you would much prefer to leave our Savior writhing on the cross.

And, oh by the way, just as a point of reference, we Christians don’t look upon the resurrection as some sor of nebulous inspiration for “a dawn of new possibilities” (we will leave that to your favorite books in the self-help section of the local library).

To us – lest you might have even the slightest interest before your march us off to the Gulag – we see the resurrection as the symbol and the signal that “death no longer has dominion” (Romans 6:9). And that we can now enjoy eternal life after our temporal deaths.

Quite a difference between that and the wow, gee, a whole bunch of really fun “new possibilities,” isn’t there.

So, even when Toxic Joe and his White House lickspittle brigade half-heartedly tried to get it right, they got it wrong.

And that is foreboding – because what it reveals indubitably and indelibly is that deep down in their evil hearts, they really don’t care one iota whether they appease the hated Christians, or not…

Because in their grand design, the “Resurrectionists” – like their despisd J6 “Insurrectionists” --  will soon be relegated to the stocks and bonds, the manacles and metal loops, the dark, dank dungeons, and the debris of history.

Make no mistake about it, the deliberate, arrogant, and profligate Easter Sunday assault was just the first blow. It was the beta test. It was the initial foray into outright oppression to see if the hated Christians are willing to fight back – or, frankly, lay back and be obliterated.

Are we simply going to turn the other cheek, make excuses for Toxic Joe’s deliberate blaspheme, and timidly, tepidly wait for the next blow to fall – the hate speech accusations, the closing of churches, the arrests of ministers?

Or are we going to rise up in righteous indignation and heaken to the charge of the great Christian hymnist George Duffield nearly a century and a half ago?

Stand up, stand up for Jesus

ye soldiers of the cross;

lift high his royal banner,

it must not suffer loss.

From vict'ry unto vict'ry

his army he shall lead

till ev'ry foe is vanquished

and Christ is Lord indeed.

In 1945, as World War II drew to an end, the Lutheran minister Martin Niemöller penned the words that have come to stand as a warning to all of those who ignore the initial forays, the beta tests, the first blows against individual freedom. For Christians throughout America – on the heels of the assault on Easter Sunday by Toxic Joe Biden and his Regime lickspittles -- those words now have a special, chilling meaning:

First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

They have now come for us.

And the question screams aloud as the night darkens, “How shall we save our country for the risen Christ who saved our souls”?
