Florida Supreme Court Approves Gov. DeSantis Request To Impanel Grand Jury On Investigating COVID-19 Vaccine Manufacturers

The Florida Supreme Court approved a request from Gov. Ron DeSantis to impanel a grand jury with the intent to investigate mRNA vaccine manufacturers.

DeSantis announced earlier this month he is petitioning the state’s highest court to impanel a grand jury to investigate any wrongdoing related to COVID vaccines.

“It is against the law to mislead and to misrepresent, particularly when you’re talking about the efficacy of a drug,” DeSantis told local media.
