President Joe Biden told the hosts of "The View" on Wednesday that Vice President Kamala Harris, who has attempted to distance herself from the policies of the administration, was delegated "responsibility on everything from foreign policy to domestic policy."
Biden made the comment while he was speaking about his confidence in Harris to take on his role as president if she is elected in November. "As Vice President, there wasn't a single thing that I did that she couldn't do,” Biden said.
"So, I was able to delegate her responsibility on everything from foreign policy to domestic policy," Biden added. "I just think she is — she has the energy, she has the intelligence, she has the grit, she has the stamina, and she has the guts to do the right thing."
