JD Vance condemns far-left extremism after Antifa-inspired radical kills Charlie Kirk

Vice President JD Vance condemned far-left extremism after the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk. He did so while hosting The Charlie Kirk show on Monday, now that his murdered friend no longer could. Vance blamed Antifa-inspired radicalism for fueling the attack and vowing to dismantle the networks that promote political violence.

“We have to talk about this incredibly destructive movement… I believe it is part of the reason why Charlie was killed by an assassin’s bullet,” Vance said. “We’re going to talk about how to dismantle that and how to bring real unity, real unity that can only come when we tell the truth and everybody knows that they can speak their mind about the issues of the day without being cut down by a murderer’s gun.”
