The position taken by leftwing radical Supreme Court Justice Kentanji Brown Jackson is the most devastating assault on Freedom of Speech in our nation’s history.
Undoubtedly, her fellow radicals Sotomayer and Kagan agree with Brown 100%.
And who knows where the ever vacillating Roberts and the disappointing Barrett may come down (remember, both voted under the “compelling interest” theory to give the government unlimited, unconstitutional powers during the covid hoax).
Simply put: If the Supreme Court follows Brown’s lead and grants the government unlimited power to censor free speech, the First Amendment is forever eviscerated –
And the remaining nine amendments in the Bill of Rights will no longer be worth the paper they are printed on.
Let’s not forget that Ms Brown was the Supreme Court nominee who could not define what a woman is during her confirmation hearing (which makes you feel kind of sorry for her husband).
Now, she apparently has the same mental block when it comes to defining Freedom of Speech…
Which makes you feel very sorry for the American people.
