Carter Clews

Carter Clews is a veteran political marketing operative whose Washington experience dates by more than 40 years. He began his political career by helping the National Right to Work Committee increase its membership base from 40,000 to 1.2 million. As the Director of Communications for the U.S. Senate Majority Conference in the early 1980s, her pioneered satellite communications and direct audio feeds nationwide. Turning his attention to the private sector, Mr. Clews wrote the only billion-dollar infomercial in TV history. He also helped trigger an avalanche in offshore timber investment. Most recently, Mr. Clews created and directed the communications program that moved Judicial Watch from relative obscurity to the most widely recognized political organization in Washington.
