Constitutional Rights PAC endorses Lovelynn Gwinn for New York District 13.

Help Lovelynn Gwinn challenge Adriano Espaillat (D-NY) and flip the seat in November. New Yorkers accept corruption as a basic precept to representation, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

Unlike her opponent, Lovelynn will not sell her soul. Lovelynn is committed to working to ensure that we obtain federal legislation that is favorable to small business that promotes growth and supports small businesses. By listening to the needs and concerns unique to small businesses, she aspires to work with state and city officials across party lines to respond and provide solutions that are a win-win for small businesses and our district.

Lovelynn Gwinn is an Asian Pacific Islander from Maui, Hawaii, who has lived in Harlem as a homeowner and Entrepreneur for 20+ years.

Lovelynn has a deep passion for NYC and improving Harlem, welcoming the diversity of thought, identity, and ethnicity. After years of working to improve the quality of life for her neighbors in her community, she sees the city in decline again due to the progressive policies of Mayor Bill de Blasio and Rep. Adriano Espaillat of the 13th Congressional District.

Lovelynn’s successful start in Harlem Real Estate has been featured in the book "Start Late, Finish Rich: A No-Fail Plan for Achieving Financial Freedom at Any Age" by David Bach, and multiple articles, including The New York Times and New York Magazine.

Before becoming self-employed as a real estate professional, Lovelynn worked for 13 years as an entertainment travel coordinator for international promotional tours with major entertainment and recording labels such as Warner Music Group, Sony, Viacom, and EMI. During this time, Lovelynn observed how corporate America could simultaneously give a young startup artist the chance of their life and drain them of their financial futures, tying them forever to bogus contracts.  Lovelynn decided at this point the only way to find freedom was to invest in herself and work very hard to secure her financial future.

Lovelynn believes America was built on small businesses and Individuality - "The American Dream", not on corporate behemoths - The people with small businesses have been forgotten. It should be a little easier to make it and not drown.

A self-described pragmatist, Lovelynn looks at things logically and then takes the necessary steps to solve problems. Being successful is more about being resourceful than about anything else.

When not keeping busy with real estate and property management, she enjoys cooking, learning to play the piano, creating art, and spending time with her pets.
