A new poll shows that President Donald Trump is leading with Hispanic voters in the state of Florida, a major political reversal among a demographic that has traditionally voted for Democrats. The NBC/Marist poll reveals that Donald Trump leads among Florida Latinos by 50% to 46%.
Hillary Clinton won 63% of Florida Hispanics in 2016, signaling a massive change in party affiliation with the demographic.
Trump also leads Biden overall amongst all registered voters in the state, with 48% of Floridians supporting Trump and 47% Biden. The two candidates are tied when self-declared likely voters are queried.
