Judge Andrew Napolitano, senior judicial analyst for Fox News, went into detail explaining how the Hillary Clinton private server email scandal is likely to play out as the FBI brings its espionage investigation to a close.

President Obama could have a “Saturday night massacre, watergate-style disaster on his hands,” Judge Napolitano told Fox Business Network, alluding to the mass resignation under President Nixon.

“There are people in the FBI, and unfortunately for Mrs. Clinton, she’s in the hands of these people, who are absolutely apolitical, particularly the national security team, the same team that investigated General Petraeus. They couldn’t care less about the politics of the country,” Judge Napolitano stressed.

“There is a theory that [FBI Director James] Comey himself, if he pushes aggressively, presenting this evidence to a grand jury, and is rebuffed by his bosses, will lead the resignations,” Judge Napolitano added.
